Pizza Bites

  • 10 slices American cheese
  • 40 slices pepperoni
  • 40 round snack crackers (like Ritz)

Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place crackers on cookie sheet, top with cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes or until warm. This is a great, child-pleasing snack!

Thank You for sharing this. My dd, who is in kindergarten, will love these for an afternoon snack after getting off the bus.

my ds, also in kindergarten, doesn't like the store bought pizza bites, or much other processed food for that matter! What a different thrifty alternative! THANK YOU!
