RE: Using Baking Soda In Your Laundry By Kay (Guest Post) I always keep a box by my machine. I spinkle a little in every load and top it off with about a 1/2 cup of vinegar and my NO SCENT soap. Works like a charm and I also sprinkle it in my dishwasher as well. And my cleaning water. Clothes are soft with no perfumey smell. Just shake before using and you can use the same amount per wash as regular store bought fabric softener.
