Use Microwave To Refresh Stale Chips
Refresh stale potato chips by putting a plateful in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute to crisp.

It might work. I had tortilla chips and so idk about regular ones. I mean they couldn't get much worse so yeah, it worked...kinda :) thanks
