Apply a paste of baking soda and water. Let sit a few minutes then rinse off with hot water, following up with cold. It's natural and not damaging to your skin.
When I was younger, I washed my face with phisoderm and a buff puff it cleared them up. It's a ph balanced face wash in a bottle not medicated by the clearasil. Don't know if it's still sold.
