Fertilizing Sunflowers Grown in Pots
Which works better on my inside grown sunflower seeds, Epsom salt or coffee?

I heard one time on a radio show that when you finish a milk jug and go to rinse it with water you have made a mild manure that is perfect for inside plants.
Note: if you use it too much it developes mold on your plant.
