I've also tried antibiotics, creams, soaps, etc. None worked. Once I cut out all wheat, corn, and dairy from my diet, I quit having problems. I've worked for drs for over 20 years and read numerous medical journals. None had ever made the diet-allergy-rosecea connection, but it worked for me. However, I do know that people with roasecea cannot drink anything with caffiene or any alocoholic beverages. Stay away from spicy foods as well. If it were my skin, I'd see a dermatologist. I stayed on antibotics all the time which wasn't good. I have seen several Drs. and if would come back.. Someone told me about a natural drink with wild berries called Mona Vie. It is suppose to help cure all kinds of illnesses. I have been drinking it for three months. I drink 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces at night and I have not had an outbreak since.
