Minute Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
