Add it to your bread recipe and deduct some of the liquid you put in it.

Use it as a filler in meatballs or meatloaf.

"Cream of Wheat" is actually a trade name for "farina." I typed in "farina recipes," and came up with lots of hits. Hope you find some you like.

I have some sitting in my cabinet that I need to use up too. I've been making it, then adding some to homemade waffles and pancakes. I also add a little to fruit smoothies. Little-by-little mine is being used up.
