I am crafting for people in hospice/nursing homes. I find a need for crocheted and knitted capelets (that have no sleeves and can be fastened with one button). They are for terminal patients whose shoulders are always cold and who cannot be put into a sweater. I have a couple of patterns (from Internet), but would like more.
