These are unusual in that they are not the normal fare for pot luck or brunch but they are full of protein and kind of fun to make. :)

If you like cheese this is the one to take to the pot luck!

  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo pasta shells cooked and drained
  • 1 (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Combine cheeses and spinach. Stuff into shells. Put shells in a greased a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover the stuffed shells with the spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
