Brown hamburger, onions, and spaghetti mix. Mix in cottage cheese and beans. Boil macaroni and rinse in cold water. Stuff shells and arrange in baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce over all. Sprinkle cheese over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes.
These are unusual in that they are not the normal fare for pot luck or brunch but they are full of protein and kind of fun to make. :)

Ingredients:
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (15 oz.) carton ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo pasta shells cooked and drained
1 (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Directions:
Combine cheeses and spinach. Stuff into shells. Put shells in a greased a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover the stuffed shells with the spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat of choice
1 egg
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded or diced
3 slices moist bread
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. onion soup mix
1 jar pasta sauce of choice (30 oz.)
1 pkg. jumbo shells
1/2 lb. grated cheese of choice
Directions
Cook jumbo shells according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. Season meat well with pepper, salt, and parsley. Brown meat mix thoroughly with other ingredients except pasta sauce. Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Fill drained jumbo shells with meat filling. Place filled shells in pan, 1 layer only. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in moderate oven 20 minutes.
