Nanny's Casserole

  • Mashed potatoes, however many you make for your family
  • 1/4 lb. Genoa salami, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • A large baking dish or 9x13 dish
  • Butter for greasing the dish
  • bread crumbs for dusting the dish, you do this like you would when baking a cake

Make your mashed potatoes however you normally do, let cool about 10 minutes. Stir in Genoa and mozzarella cubes. Pour into greased, bread crumb dusted dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. You can also put crumbs on top of the casserole.
