Use Cooking Oil Spray for Baking Potatoes

Instead of getting your hands all oily when prepping potatoes for baking, simply put your prepped potatoes on a plate or tray, and use cooking spray oil on them, turn taters over, spray the other side, and you're done!

Source: Stumbled upon this idea just today, the taters turned out crispy and golden, and I didn't have to mess up my hands!

I never oil my potatoes when I bake them. I just put them on the oven racks after they've been scrubbed. They crisp up just the same. Don't forget to stab each potato with a knife or fork first.
