Need Cinnamon Roll Type Recipe |

I'm asking for your help on helping a friend find a recipe that her Mom used to make. (Her Mom is in a nursing home and doesn't know or remember much any longer, sorry to say.) My friend says it's along the way you make cinnamon rolls, but you use cottage cheese as a filling, along with cinnamon and chopped nuts. Thanks for any help!

At Wal Mart I found a CD titled 'One Million Recipies' I am not certain that there are actually a million on there, but there are a lot. Everything from kid-friendly recipies, diabetic, crock pots...so maybe that will help. It cost $9.99 so, much cheaper than most cookbook with a lot fewer entries. Also, maybe looking at online sites for cooking. If you are interested in 'secret recipies' from your favourite restaurants, go to www.topsecretrecipies.com and there are a lot of good recipies there.
