I just got a used Oster bread machine and found the entire user manual at www.oster.com. It includes lots of different recipes (in pdf format - easy to print out). If Regal doesn't have a similar website, you could try Oster's.

Dinner Rolls (1 pound loaf size)
Make on dough cycle.

3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter/margerine ( I've also used olive oil in place of this.)
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar (brown or white )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
shape into rolls, let rise about 1/2 hour, then
bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

You can use a greased/pamsprayed muffin pan. either mini or regular, or just put shaped rolls on a cookie sheet. You can brush tops with egg wash or spray with butter flavor cooking spray to give a nice crust. You can sprinkle tops with poppyseeds/sesame seeds.
