Breakfast Dish

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 2 cups cubed ham, sausage, or bacon, browned
  • 24 crushed soda crackers
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Let sit overnight in refrigerator and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until middle is done.
