My mother-in-law is a diabetic and I would love to spoil her by making her some diabetic health rusks. She always goes out of her way to help us.Could someone give me a recipe? Thanks.

I am also looking for diabetic rusk recipe. Go to www.recipezaar.com/recipe. Recipe no307895, 275399,119169, 11415. Just substitute the sugar with artificial sweetner. Nutritional facts also included with recipes.
