Take LOTS of pictures using several different angles. You never know which ones will be perfect and which ones will have their eyes closed.

It's better to invest in a digital camera. That way you can immediately see if the photo is suitable or not. If not, just hit erase and take it again. No more paying for expensive developing and you have the added bonus of adjusting the photo with your computer.
