This low fat sour cream is easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. It is a perfect substitute for store bought sour cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
Using a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Then put cottage cheese in a sealable container and stir in yogurt and lemon juice. Once mixed, refrigerate or use.
