Bisquick Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Stir all ingredients except blueberries in medium bowl just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.

Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from pan to wire rack

High Altitude (3500 t0 6500 feet): Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
