Hasty Coffee Cake |

Cream until light and fluffy:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Sift together:
- 1 1/2 cup sifted flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Add alternately with dry ingredients 1/2 cup milk. Mix thoroughly. Spread in a well greased and floured 9 inch pan. Sprinkle over the top 1/4 tablespoon brown sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve while warm.

I think you just drink coffee with it. Kind of a "goes well with" coffee cake more than a coffee flavored cake.
