Southwestern Chili Dip
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can chopped rip olives, drained (Same some)
- 1 can green chilies, chopped & drained
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Few dashes of Tabasco sauce (opt.)
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Remaining black olives
Stir together first six ingredients until well combined. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with toppings. Serve warm with pita or tortilla chips. Note: Cheese mixture can be covered with plastic wrap and chilled up to 4 hours before baking. Baking time will need to be increased.
