For the Crowd Casserole


  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 oz. can corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Ad
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 cup medium noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup buttered bread crumbs


Brown meat. Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and bread crumbs; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle crumbs over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until hot. Makes 8-10 servings.
