Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions

Use hands to blend the ingredients well. Form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Can freeze before and after cooking.

What size balls? Ping Pong ball size or smallish meatball size? Makes a difference as they may not cook, or be over cooked if too large or too small.
