Sausage Cheese Balls
This quick and easy recipe make a great appetizer.
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Use hands to blend the ingredients well. Form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. You can freeze these before or after cooking.

What size balls? Ping Pong ball size or smallish meatball size? Makes a difference as they may not cook, or be over cooked if too large or too small.
