Car Grease on Cashmere Scarf |

I recently got car grease on a very expensive crinkled cashmere scarf. Besides sending it to a dry cleaner which I do not wish to do because of the crinkles, does anyone have a good cleaning solution? Thank you.

i was able to get car grease out of a white cashmere scarf with cold water and a bar of dove soap.

I recently started using these great products, they are wonderful at getting stains out. I know that it will bring car grease out because I work at a used car dealership and I am forever more getting nasty stains. This product is by Melaleuca and is called pre-spot then you ad a capful of there sol-u-mel and it will bring out anything me, my husband or my little boy can muster up. Shannon in nc
