I don't have the Black and Decker, but this one came with my Dak Breadmaker.
1 Package Yeast
1 Cup Rolled Oats (whirred in blender)
3 Cups Bread flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teas. Salt
1 Tablespoon soft butter
1 1/4 - 1 3/4 cups warm water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Grind the rolled oats in blender or food processor till fine. Add all ingredients in the order listed. Select white bread and push "Start".
