You can do it two ways, as i have read. (1) using an edible printer and special "choco sheets" or (2) using acetate paper (i think these are similar, if not identical, to overhead project paper- then using colored cocoabutter or white chocolate and "paint" it on the acetate. I'm not really clear on (2) but am positive about (1).
