Summer Lime Chicken Breasts


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


Place chicken in 9x13 inch dish. Combine oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well. Pour over chicken breasts. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Grill chicken breasts for 10 minutes on each side.

Just about anything cooked on the grill is a winner.

We'll try this on Sunday.

I've been asked to make a pan of baked beans,

and am trying to come up with something easy to go with them.

This chicken sounds about right.
