Hi Im Holly. I am not quite sure I can help but since you seem interested in the sims, I have a computer called "The Sims Complete Collection" It was working but when it comes to the neighboor hood screen, it won't let me play...it just keeps loading the same menu, again and again! I spent 40$ on the game, I am going to not have it work! can you help? -Holly
