Favorite Meat Loaf |

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato, cream of celery, cream of mushroom or vegetable soup
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.

This is your basic, yummy loaf. If you find it doesn't hold together too well (although still great tasting), saute the onions before adding to mixture. Also, be sure to let loaf stand about 5-10 minutes before slicing or removing from pan. Cay from FL
