There is a certain type of B vitamin called Biotin. It is supposed to improve nail, skin, and hair growth by working with carbohydrates that you consume during the day. Can anyone tell me more about its effects and what it does?

Biotin is found in most major vitamins. You can buy separate Biotion supplements at your local pharmacy or health food store. I take a B-Complex that has Biotin in it.
