Butter Pecan Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • Ad
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9 inch) loaf pans.

Beat cake mix, bananas, buttermilk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl on medium speed about 2 minutes; stir in the chopped nuts. Pour into pans.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
