It is available in the paint department of the hardware store. It is an all purpose heavy duty cleaner. I can buy it in the paint stores, but I am sure that the walmart and hardware stores carry it too. Since the older house we live in was all painted in a white flat paint before we bought it, I use it when washing the walls. It is also recommended to use when washing older painted walls before repainting to get all grease and dirt off of them.
