- 4 firm, ripe, medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- dash tabasco sauce
Combine all ingredients in blender. Let stand several hours to allow flavors to mingle. Keep refrigerated. Serve with Mexican food. Is especially good as an appetizer with cocktail size frozen beef tacos.
