Holly's Green Bean Salad

I made a very interesting, spicy green bean salad (like potato salad) with little bits of veggies from the fridge that was so tasty, it became a family favorite. It wasn't measured out , just a little bit of this and a dab of that.

Ingredients

  • Lightly cooked green beans, ends trimmed and cut in 2 inch pieces
  • Diced radish (daikon 1 inch)
  • A little diced onion (1/4 cup)
  • A little diced jalapeno (seeded - 1 small)
  • Sour cream 1 Tbsp.
  • Mayo, 2 Tbsp.
  • vinegar 1 plop

Directions

Mix all together and refrigerate. For the mayo and sour cream, use very little as it doesn't sink in!
