Maple Icing
Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 egg whites
Directions
Boil syrup without stirring until it spins a fine thread. Pour gradually over the stiffly beaten egg whites and beat until thick enough to spread.

Does this have to be real maple syrup or does the common fake maple work too?
