Salisbury Steak
These are super good and easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chipped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into oval patties (1 inch thick).
Brown and drain grease.
Combine soup and water and pour over meat. Cook slowly about 25 minutes in a skillet.
