Southwestern Corn
OK, This sounds horrible, but it is awesome. Trust me, try it. You will be surprised.
Shuck several ears of corn. Grill DIRECTLY on the grill for 4 to 6 minutes, turning to cook evenly.
Mix together:
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 package of taco seasoning
juice of 1/2 a lime
Brush on the corn and ENJOY!
Source: I forget which one, but I read it in a magazine at my doctors office.

RE: Southwestern Corn
When I was in Cuernevaca, Mexico, there were street vendors who sold roasted corn on the cob slathered with mayo and sprinkled liberally with what seemed to be parmesan cheese, salt and cayenne pepper . The shucks were folded back to make a handle. Delectable! (I'm going to try your recipe with some fat-free mayo.)

RE: Southwestern Corn
I am going to try this over a can of drained whole kernel corn and put a little zip to the meal. Thanks.
