Using Leftover Lemon Slices?

I ended up with a gallon bag of lemon slices from a friend's wedding. What can I do with them all? Thanks!

Squeeze out all the juice, remove all seeds. Pour lemon juice into an ice cube tray and freeze. Now you have frozen lemon cubes for making lemon aid.

Put the peels around your garden to keep away cats and dogs, they don't like the scent of citrus. Insects don't like it either, squeeze some juice in your windowsills and around your door.

Freeze the slices as is and add them to cold drinks later.

If you them in a bowl and and sprinkle ascorbic acid over it, put them in the oven overnight at 150 degrees with the door open, you can dehydrate them in the oven. You can also put them in water and freeze them for lemonade this summer!!

Lemonade or lemon squares (bars) or possibly homemade lemon pie.
