Chicken Chowder Soup |

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
Directions
Cook first 7 ingredients together until tender. Slowly add flour mixed with milk and bring to a boil. Add cheese. I use less veggies or more broth as I please.
