No nut cracker on hand? Here are some other ways to crack a nut.
1. Use a vice grip or pliers.
2. Place the nut in a towel and hit it with a blunt option like a hammer or mallet.

Use a shoe. LOL You could also use a ball peen hammer.

Put nut under one leg of the chair of your desk at school. Just don't put all your weight on it! LOL
