Neither. Get those fabulous oil absorbing sheets. They absorb any excess oil and refresh your makeup. Looks like it was just applied. They can be found at Walmart, made by Clean & Clear, and I've found them at the Dollar Store.

I prefer compact powder all the time because it's easier to apply. God bless you!

To start it's mineral loose powder or one of the many other liquid/mousse foundations with loose to set. But during the day, it's compact, not only is it more convient but WAY less messy!
