Homemade Exfoliator

Instead of spending money on store bought exfoliators make your own quick, simple and fabulous. Wet your face with warm water. In your hand, mix baking soda and honey. Scrub your face and rinse - that's it.

The baking soda works as the exfoliator and the honey is antibacterial. Try this just once and you'll never purchase store bought again. This will make your face feel baby soft.

May I have your "recipe" for the baking soda/honey mixture? Measurements, and if you mix it only before use? How often do you use it? I need to try something soon. Thanks!

May I have your "recipe" for the sea salt/olive oil mixture? Measurements, and if you mix it only before use? How often do you use it? You look great!

I am 75 years old and have used sea salt and extra virgin olive oil for years now as a cleanser and exfoliator. Even medical providers think I look 10-20 years younger than my age.
