At two of our favorite Chinese buffet type restaurants, we have seen and tasted a dish called "Korean Chicken and Peppers". The chicken breast (is sliced thin, but not in strips). It is bright yellow in color and I think it is fried. It is not oily or greasy. There is no sauce or gravy with it. It is just chicken, green peppers, and sliced onions.
My whole family loves it! Do you know of a recipe for it? I'd appreciate any help you can provide.
