  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions

Mix cornmeal, flour, onion powder, garlic pepper, seasoning salt and salt in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, prepare eggs and milk. Beat together well. Heat oil in a skillet; make sure the bottom is well covered. Dip fish fillets in egg/milk mixture, then coat with cornmeal mixture. Fry on medium high heat until golden brown on both sides.
