Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz. box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine mayo, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.
