Justin's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 16 oz. box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine mayo, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni and vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.

Source: This is a recipe that was given to my mother by our next door neighbor. My husband, Justin, could eat this everyday if I made it.

I tried this recipe for our family reunion and everybody liked it. The ladies wanted the recipe. Thanks a lot for posting this really delicious salad.
