Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/3 cups milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Layer bread, cheese and sausage in a pan. Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking the next morning, mix mushroom soup and milk. Pour over and bake at 350 degrees F until brown. Serves 6-8.
