I have had no luck getting my Perry to use a bath. I have a small spray bottle and get it full of warm water and give him a couple of squirts with the nozzle on spray setting. He loves it. You can aim above his head and it will fall on him or you can softly spray him one or two sprays. I also clean off his mirrors by spraying them this way. He loves it. Don't have the cage in a drafty area though. Most birds take baths in a tub in their cage but not my Perry...

You put a bowl of water in their cage that they can't tip over and they bathe themselves.
