Ham Tahitian Supper

Great main dish! Love the pineapple in it!


  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • Ad
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cup cubed ham


Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in pan. Add drained pineapple syrup, water, and vinegar. Cook at medium heat, stirring constantly until clear and thick. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, and ham. Cook until hot or about 10 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
