5 Lb. Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts

Directions

Combine sugar and evaporated milk together in heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes. Pour the above mixture over the chips, butter, marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts and stir. Pour into 9x13 inch buttered pan.

What size pack of Choc. Chips and what size jar of marshmallow creme?

Sound really yummy! But, I have to ask since it will make a BIG difference in how the fudge turns out...........what size is "small can" of evaporated milk?

Editor's Note: It looks like there is a 5 oz. size and a 12 oz size. I'd use 5 ozs.
