Hi, I went on a web search and here's what I found at RecipeSource.com under Main Dishes: egg recipes:

Homemade Egg Beaters

6 egg whites
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. veg. oil
2-3 drops yellow food color

Combine and blend well. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week or frozen.

We used to put all our leftover egg yolks on to our dog's food. He loved them and they made his coat very shiny.

It's easy. Eggbeaters consists of egg whites and a colorant. Use annato oil or tumeric.

What to do w/all the egg yolks? Dessert recipes are a good place to start :o)
